About sEEGplan

A planning tool for neurosurgeons, epileptologists, and neurophysiologists working with stereoelectroencephalography.

sEEGplan provides an interactive Talairach atlas interface for placing and evaluating electrode trajectories across both hemispheres. Drag electrode labels onto the brain template, annotate regions of interest with freehand ROI drawing, and export coordinates and PDF surgical plans — all without leaving your browser.

Plans are only saved to your computer as portable JSON files that can be shared between team members or loaded across sessions. No data ever leaves your device, nothing you enter is sent to our server.

Features

  • Interactive Talairach atlas with lead labeling system
  • Includes options for lead orientation (orthogonal/oblique), electrode projections, and trans-interhemispheric leads
  • Includes several templates to start planning based on common epilepsy hypotheses
  • Freehand ROI drawing for region annotation
  • Full-screen presentation mode for case conferences
  • Print or download PDFs of the plans and .csv files with lead lists
